There is something powerful about stepping out of your everyday life and into what God is doing across the world. Our mission trips to Zambia are designed to serve, encourage, and build relationships. From leading Vacation Bible School to simply being present, this trip is an opportunity to step into what God is doing and be part of a story bigger than yourself.

What You’ll Be Part Of

A Mercy Kids Africa mission trip is a chance to witness and be part of what God is doing in Zambia through our children, staff, and community. As you go, you will:

Once your application is approved, you'll receive everything you need to officially commit to the trip.

We'll walk with you through fundraising, travel preparation, cultural training, team meetings, and spiritual preparation.

Pack your bags, open your heart, and expect God to move.

What is included in the trip cost?

Each trip will have a dedicated trip leader to help you navigate this experience from preparation to post trip. 

    • Round-trip international airfare from the designated U.S. departure city

    • In-country lodging

    • In-country transportation

    • Meals while in Zambia

    • Travel insurance during the mission trip

    • Trip leadership and admin

    • Required background checks

    • Mission trip preparation and training

    • Domestic airfare to and from the U.S. departure city

    • Passport and visa expenses

    • Required immunizations

    • Luggage fees

    • Personal purchases and souvenirs

    • Additional travel insurance for extended travel

    • Airline change fees or other personal travel expenses
